PlasmaSafe® is the all-in-one chair-side solution for optimal healing with your patient’s own blood plasma in your practice. The PlasmaSafe® patient kit is available in no time and contains all the necessary products for safe extraction, storage and processing — for the safety of patients and practitioners.
The PlasmaSafe® centrifuge is already pre-programmed for the necessary processing steps. Of course, you can process PlasmaSafe® with most commercially available centrifuges.

Liquid Plasma Concentrate (LPC)

After centrifugation (540 x g, 6 minutes) the liquid plasma is extracted following the safe separation protocol.
LPC is a pure platelet concentrate comparable to PRP or PRGF and used accordingly. LPC can be injected or turned into gel form within one minute using plasma activator.

Liquid Plasma Concentrate is a pure platelet concentrate.

Direct Fibrin

After delayed centrifugation (540 x g, 8 minutes) a fibrin clot is obtained. Direct fibrin is a highly stable fibrin concentrate used similarly to PRF or A-PRF.

Direct Fibrin is indicated for the most effective treatment of extraction sites.

Plasma Activator

After centrifugation (Progr.2, 8 minutes) the liquid plasma phase released by the fibrin clot can be extracted following the safe separation protocol.
PlasmaActivator, also called Hyperacute Serum (HAS), is a thrombin-rich plasma concentrate with growth factors. It is used for the fast activation of LPC and the fabrication of “Sticky Bone”.

PlasmaActivator is the key to the creation of “Sticky Bone”.

Enriched Fibrin

PlasmaSafe® allows for the enrichment of whole blood with LPC. In the following centrifugation process Enriched Fibrin is created. For the first time ever a single clinical process yields a highly stable, dense fibrin-clot enriched with platelet concentrate. This fusion of two previously competing concepts significantly boosts the regenerative process: Enriched Fibrin contains elevated platelet numbers which are being released continuously over a period of days. The healing process is promoted significantly.

Enriched Fibrin is the unique combination of PRP and PRF.
